We are proud to reach an exciting milestone on the road to 2027. Today, we officially unveil the logo for the 6th FAI Women's World Hot Air Balloon Championship.

This new visual identity is more than just a logo; it is a symbol of the dedication, skill, and global unity of the incredible women who elevate our sport. As we prepare to host the world's elite competitors in 2027, this emblem will serve as the heart of our championship.

A little field trip for the Hot Air Jubilee! 🎈✈️

There’s nothing quite like spending the day around people who love aviation as much as we do. From aircraft on the ramp to the sights and sounds of the airport, it’s always fun to trade the balloon basket for the flight line for a day.

🌍 BIG NEWS! 🎈 The Hot Air Jubilee is incredibly proud to announce that we will officially be hosting the 6th FAI Women’s World Hot Air Balloon Championship next summer, July 11–17, 2027!

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the hosts of the previous Women's World Championships. We are thrilled to be a part of this incredible legacy and are excited to continue elevating this prestigious competition and women pilots from around the globe.

Getting to this point was a true team effort. To our fans, pilots, crews, the Balloon Federation of America, the US Women's National Balloon Championship staff, and the entire Jackson community—thank you. Over the last year, you’ve shared in our excitement, lifted us up through disappointment, and stood by us at every turn. We are so incredibly grateful to bring this world-class event home as a way to give back to you.

More information will be coming in the near future. Stay tuned and we'll see you in July!

🎈 From the launch field to center stage! 🎭

Hot air ballooning is taking flight in the brand-new Michigan production “Emus on the Loose: An Emu-sical!”

​If that stage prop looks familiar to our Jubilee fans… that’s because it’s the real deal! You might recognize the basket from getting your photo taken in it during the Hot Air Jubilee. A huge shoutout to one of our very own Jubilee board members and their team at Defy Gravity Ballooning LLC for loaning the authentic balloon basket to bring this scene to life under the stage lights. 🎈🪶

​This world-premiere family musical follows four escaped emus on an adventure across Michigan, stopping at some of our state’s most iconic destinations—and apparently, taking to the skies along the way! 😄 Catch the show this weekend at The Village Theater at Cherry Hill in Canton.

​We love seeing ballooning take center stage and are excited to support our Jubilee family in the local arts!
