What a beautiful evening in Jackson! Our local pilots put on an incredible show and gave us a small preview of the excitement coming this July.

Local flights like this aren't typically announced publicly, so we're especially grateful to our pilots for sharing this launch with the Hot Air Jubilee community.

We're counting down to the BFA U.S. Women's National Hot Air Balloon Championship, July 13–18, 2026, and the Hot Air Jubilee, July 17–19, 2026.

It takes a community to bring the Hot Air Jubilee to life — and we’re looking for volunteers to join the team for 2026!

From balloon crew and hospitality to kids activities, parking support, scoring, and more, there are so many ways to get involved behind the scenes of one of Jackson’s favorite summer traditions.

Whether you want to be right in the middle of the action or help create a great experience for guests and pilots, we’d love to have you on board.

It was nice seeing many of you tonight at Ella Sharp Park. We had seven balloons inflate and six launch from the park.

While tonight was not in any way associated with the Hot Air Jubilee, you'll likely see most of these pilots flying in the event this year and two of these balloons are flown by some of our wonderful female pilots who will be competing in Nationals. Tonight these pilots just decided it would be fun to get out their equipment and go fly with their friends. If we get the chance to do any more of these as we approach the event, we'll try to let you all know .

Let's give a big thanks to our local pilots who fly here in Jackson year-round. ❤️
