The Bayfield County Fair is hosting its 3‑on‑3 Basketball Tournament on August 8, and we’re looking for referees to help make it a great event.
If you love the game, enjoy a lively fair atmosphere, and want to support a fun community tradition, we’d love to have you join us.
Event Details:
• Tournament Date: August 8
• Registration: 8:30 AM
• Games Begin: 9:00 AM
Referee Perks:
• $50 stipend

🌟 Accessibility Afternoon at the Bayfield County Fair 🌟

Friday, August 7, Noon – 2:00 PM

At the Bayfield County Fair, we believe everyone deserves a chance to enjoy the magic of the midway, the smell of fair food, and the joy of community.
That’s why, on Friday, August 7, from noon to 2 PM, we’re creating a gentler, more welcoming experience for individuals in our community who live with physical or sensory challenges.

💙 What to Expect:
• Free admission for disabled individuals and one caregiver
• Reduced noise & no flashing lights on carnival rides
• Longer ride load/unload times to allow for ease and comfort
• Free use of mobility devices
• Handicap restrooms in multiple locations

We have partnered with indiGo from Superior to provide a variety of mobility devices to be used for free on a first-come, first-served basis.
This is more than an event — it’s a moment of inclusion, understanding, and joy. Whether you're joining us or bringing a loved one, we’re here to make sure you feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
