IMK Turkey TROT

10/12/2026

Seems like just yesterday...

Our very first Iron Mountain | Kingsford Turkey Trot back in 2022!

We had 134 hearty runners and walkers brave the elements that Thanksgiving morning... and look at us NOW!

Fast forward to 2026, and we're expecting 600 runners, walkers and families to join us on Thanksgiving morning, November 26th!

Pretty amazing how far we've come in just 4 years... and we couldn't have done it without YOU!

Hope to see you and your family there!

Gobble, gobble...

You asked, we delivered! Gobble...

We spent some time digging through results from past IMK Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk presented by Hall Orthodontics races and came up with our Top 5 All-Time course-record times!

Is your name on the list? 👀

(Does not include 2022 or 2023, as we ran a different course those years.)

These times prove you CAN run fast on this course... the biggest obstacle is, obviously, the weather.

Remember the cold of 2024? ...or the snow of 2022? 🥶❄️

Running fast on Thanksgiving morning in the U.P. takes a little extra grit... fortunately, that's something we know a thing or two about up here.

So... who's ready to crack the Top 5 in 2026? Gobble...
