Took PAC to Mid-Carolina on Thursday and ran away with two team wins and an individual winner!!! The course was on the tougher side, but the kids really liked it. Luke ran away with the individual win and a course record of 17:47!!!

Illeanna took 3rd overall and led the girls to their first team victory in PAC history!!! Annie ran a huge PR going under 25 min for the first time!!!

Next meet is Coaches Classic in Newberry on Saturday!!@

Shout out to Luke Cregger, Caleb Cregger, and Tyler Seay running the Main St Mile on Friday!!!

Luke has been on a mission all season to take the PAC record in the mile and he tied it with a new PR of 5:04!!! He was the first runner across the line to not break 5 minutes, placing 12th out of 87 runners.

Caleb set a new PR in the mile as well, shaving 3 seconds off to run 5:22!!!! He was 16th overall

Tyler's bib fell off so there is no official time in the results for him.

Super proud of this group today!!! The Without Limits Columbia team went to Pomaria for the 10k.

took the lead from the start and won by an impressive 5 min. He finished in 36:16!!!

took 2nd overall in the women's race

was 7th overall and won his age group. He ran a well executed race!!!

(me) took 8th overall and 2nd in my age group
