Some of our HLL Board Members & Head Elves attended The Bird House's 10 Year Anniversary celebration, and it was a great afternoon full of community, connection, and gratitude.

The Bird House - Hospice Home of Johnson County was founded after Lois Bird realized there was no residential hospice option nearby when her husband needed it most. That vision, paired with a passionate group of volunteers, founding board members, and donors, led to the home opening in 2016 to provide dignified end-of-life care right here in our community.

We are so proud that Holiday Lights at the Lake supports this incredible organization and the impact they continue to make for more than 500 guests and their families, and counting. 🤍 🐦
