9 holes were designed by the legendary Donald Ross.

Call or message us for 2026 golf rates! Temporarily closed for the winter. Shadow Ridge with its rolling fairways and unique design provides something for every golfer. The course was designed by Donald Ross, famous golf course historian and architect. This was done as a favor to Governor Fred Green; formerly Mayor of Ionia. Shadow Ridge, previously known as the Ionia Country Club, now hosts event
