Please be advised that a livestock clerical error was made regarding the UPDATED Swine lottery result spreadsheet from October 26, 2026 that was posted on our Website and page.

Due to a clerical error on reviewing the swine exhibitors educational meeting requirements… One exhibitor was overlooked. The results have been corrected. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration this clerical oversight may have caused. We appreciate your patience as the Website and pages are now corrected.

Attn Pen of Meat Rabbit, Youth Cavy and Rabbit Exhibitors

Your Mandatory Educational Meeting is TOMORROW at 3:00 PM at the Main Gate Building at the Fairgrounds.

If you attended the Multi-Species Educational meeting on October 17th you are not required to attend this meeting but we always encourage you take advantage of additional educational opportunities. P*e Wee Cavy and Rabbit exhibitors are encouraged to attend but not required.

The Exhibitor and one parent/guardian (not 4-H Leader or FFA Advisor) must attend at least one of these meetings and remain for the entire meeting, AND sign in and sign out to receive credit for attending. If the Exhibitor and parent/guardian cannot attend at least one meeting, the intended Exhibitor should not register an animal for show and sale.

Registration Deadline for Market Goat and Market Lamb Exhibitors

Your Entry Form and Entry Fees are due no later than 5:00 pm today, October 30, 2026 to the Fair Office. We accept cash or check made payable to CCFA at the fair office. Don’t forget that incomplete entry forms (including all signatures) will not be accepted. Office hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm. Call the fair office (352-726-2993) if you have any questions.
