Hey, Ingram! If you haven’t stopped by Foster Park lately, check out one of our newest additions: two brand-new sets of concrete co****le boards! 🎉

It’s so exciting to see the park getting new updates, and we couldn’t do it without YOU. Every race registration, sponsorship, donation, and show of support helps us continue investing in our park and creating more ways for our community to gather, play, and enjoy this space together.

And now we want to hear from YOU! Whether you ran, walked, cheered us on, or stayed home this year, please take a few minutes to fill out our post-race survey. Your feedback helps us plan future events and make the IngRUN 5K even better! https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/5qQtfXLE1Q

THANK you from the IngRUN 5K team! ❤️💚💛🖤🤍

We’re already thinking ahead to next year’s IngRUN 5K, and your voice truly shapes this event. If you didn’t make it to the race this year, we’d love to hear why. Your feedback helps us plan smarter and make the experience better for everyone.

Our quick post‑race survey takes just 1–3 minutes, and your perspective matters whether you ran, volunteered, cheered… or had to skip.

And for those who did attend: if the survey slipped your mind after the thank‑you email, here’s your friendly nudge to jump in. We appreciate you. 💛
