* A new bag policy is in place. We will only allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or small clutch bags (6" x 9"). Scroll below for more about what you can bring into the venue.
* All events are mobile entry only. Please download your tickets to your phone using the Live Nation app at home before driving to the venue. Previously delivered hard/paper tickets will also be honored. Get more info at livenation.com/venuemobileticketing
* All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on-site at the merchandise tent to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park has a “Day of Show” box office located at White River State Park. The box office opens at 12pm on day of show.

WILL CALL INFORMATION:
Generally, tickets may be picked up 1-2 hours prior to show time at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customer must have the actual credit card used to place the phone order, a picture ID, and the order confirmation number. Will call is located at the Box Office on the north side of the Visitor's Center.

PARKING INFORMATION:
Premier Parking guarantees you a spot in the White River State Park parking garage and can be purchased through Ticketmaster or the Live Nation app.
* Accessible parking is also available and is located in the White River State Park surface lot; to the left once inside the main entrance. Please enter the main entrance and communicate any needs to our staff. These accessible parking spots are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. There is additional Accessible parking spots located in the White River State Park parking garage.
* If you have a Premier Parking pass, please enter the main park entrance and have your parking pass visible to the staff. Premier Parking is in the state park parking garage to the right once inside the park entrance.
* Drop-offs can be done at the main park entrance.
* Uber, Lyft and taxi pick-ups will be located along Washington Street.
* Additional parking is available at the Indianapolis Zoo, the state parking garage on the corner or West and Washington streets or at metered locations throughout the downtown area.

Accessible seating is available at all points of purchase.

Permitted items are, as always, subject to change depending on the show. Check our page on the day of show for specific permitted items and show info.
* CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
* Small clutch bags (6” x 9”) - these do not need to be clear
* Blankets
* Cameras – non-professional only; no detachable lenses
* Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc style bag
* Water – up to (1) one gallon or smaller in a factory sealed or empty bottle bottle per person
* Clear and empty reusable bottles permitted (tinted are permitted as long as transparent)

* Weapons of any kind
* Alcohol
* Illegal drugs/substances
* Glass containers
* Cans or FROZEN WATER
* Coolers of any kind
* Bags that are not clear or are larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

* Animals (except service animals)
* Fireworks
* Aerosol sunscreen/bug spray
Non-permitted items can be checked in at either information booth outside the entrance gate and can be picked up after the show. However, we suggest that non-permitted items be returned to a vehicle for safekeeping.
