2016 ILG National Conference The Indiana Industry Liaison Group was honored to host the 2013 ILG National Conference from 7/30 to 8/2/2013 - Raising the Game - Winning at Compliance.

No other employer association has a broader base of constituents focused on EEO/AA matters. There are approximately 61 Industry Liaison Groups (ILGs), which are comprised of small, mid-size and large federal contractors and employers across the country. Learn what the expectations are in those regions which you must work your compliance magic!

Are you prepared for the new regulations coming out in 2016?
2015 was a very busy year for OFCCP and EEOC. Since the ILG National Conference last July, we have seen the LGBT and Pay Transparency Regulations come into force, an Executive Order for Paid Sick Leave and proposed regulations, a renewal request for the OFCCP Scheduling Letter, and proposed regulations for the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order. And in 2016 we are expecting final regulations for S*x Discrimination, Equal Pay Tool, Paid Sick Leave, Wellness Plans for ADA and GINA requirements, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order and Exempt requirements under the FLSA among others.

All of these and more will be presented at the 2016 Industry Liaison National Conference in Charlotte. We also have great speakers that all want to hear including John Fox and Mickey Silberman. Can you afford to miss this event?
