Congratulations, Sup’ Witches and community members!!!!

Together, we raised $1,044 through the raffle at the 2026 5th Annual Black Lake Witches Paddle! It was such a joy to present the City of Ilwaco with a check to help support dock maintenance at Black Lake.

The Sup Witches Peninsula Paddle Group will continue raising money throughout the year for Ilwaco Parks & Rec. Our long-term goals include a repairing the high school dock, a dock and concrete launch for east-side boaters, and a kayak launch dock on the west side to make getting on the water easier.

This may take a few years, but we are motivated witches! We’ve got big dreams, determined paddlers, and a community that continues to show up. One raffle, one paddle, and one spell of determination at a time!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated raffle prizes, purchased tickets, and participated in this year’s event. That check represents all of YOU and the wonderful things we can accomplish together.

Thank you, City of Ilwaco, for helping us care for a place that brings our community so much joy. Let’s keep the magic—and the momentum—going!

Some pics from the 5th Annual Black Lake Witches Paddle! What an AKAWESOME day with all you witches!

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped make this event possible. Whether you were paddling on the lake or enjoying the fun on land, we hope you had a fantastic time!

Our SUP Witches crew is already brainstorming and taking notes for next year. Apparently, our broomsticks get a break, but our brains do not!

Want to be part of the SUP Witches paddle group? Send us a message and we’ll get you the information for our monthly meetups. We love watching this crew grow, and there’s always room for more witches on the water!

It was so amazing to welcome paddle groups from Auburn, Seattle, and Port Orchard this year. Thank you for making the trip and sharing the lake with us! Getting to meet and chat with so many wonderful paddlers was one of my favorite parts of the day.

I’m already looking forward to traveling to more lakes, playing games on the water, and collaborating with the paddle teams we met. More paddling across Washington and throughout the country? Heck yes!

Five years in, and this event keeps growing right alongside the friendships. Thank you for being part of the magic. Here’s to more adventures with our SUP Witches!

Holy moly shout out to Rachell & Aubree for creating such amazing Raffle baskets for tomorrows Witches paddle. Thank you everyone for all your generous donations. These ladies have been busy all day putting them together. Show up to the lake tomorrow between 12 and three purchase a raffle ticket for three dollars a ticket and let’s make some money for the Ilwaco parks and recreation. 🎆🧙‍♀️ CALLING ALL WITCHES, WIZARDS & WARLOCKS! 🧙‍♂️🎆

Mark your calendars and dust off those broomsticks! The Sup Witches are brewing up another magical Fourth of July Parade adventure in Ocean Park, Washington, and YOU are invited!

Whether you're a seasoned spell-caster, a beginner broom pilot, or just a friend of the coven, we'd love to have you join our float this year. Bring your family, friends, little witches, grand wizards, and anyone who enjoys a good cackle and a great parade!

📅 July 3rd – Float Decorating Party & Potluck
Come help transform our float into a red, white, blue, and BOO-tiful masterpiece! Bring a dish to share and your best decorating magic.

📅 July 4th – Ocean Park Fourth of July Parade
Mount your broomsticks, wave to the crowd, hand out candy, and help us spread some patriotic witchy cheer!

🌭 After the Parade – Float De-Decorating BBQ
We'll gather around the cauldron (okay, barbecue) for food, laughs, and stories from another magical parade.

🍬 CANDY DONATIONS NEEDED!
Last year we nearly cast ourselves into a candy shortage crisis! If you can't attend but would like to contribute, we would greatly appreciate donations of candy, small toys, or parade giveaways. Our goal this year is simple:
