FROM THE ATLANTIC PROGRESSION CATALOG — AP002

Some music belongs to the hours when everything else has gone quiet.

Ricco Sakona's Walking Alone moves through suspended chords, textured atmospheres and a restrained progressive groove. There's a sense of distance in the original, the kind that settles over an empty road just before sunrise.

Da Syk takes that same atmosphere and introduces a different current with the Syk'delish Acid Vibe Remix. Acid lines push through the arrangement while the deeper character of the original remains underneath.

Two versions, moving between solitude and pressure.

📣 BEATPORT CHART UPDATE | OCTOBER 16

A few days have passed, and Steven Flynn's Bainbridge Avenue continues to hold its ground across the Beatport charts.

The most notable development is the return of The Idahoan & Oddball Savage Remix to the individual track charts following its genre reassignment from Electronica to Melodic House & Techno.

Here's where everything stands today.

TRACK CHARTS

No. 72 — Progressive House Hype Top 100
Bainbridge Avenue (Steven Flynn Original Mix)

No. 96 — Melodic House & Techno Top 100
Bainbridge Avenue (The Idahoan & Oddball Savage Remix)

FULL RELEASE CHARTS

No. 15 — Progressive House Releases (up from No. 17)

No. 26 — Melodic House & Techno Releases (previously No. 23)

The full release has climbed another two positions in Progressive House, and both the Original Mix and The Idahoan & Oddball Savage Remix are currently represented in individual track charts.

After the unexpected genre change, it's encouraging to see the remix finding its place in Melodic House & Techno.

Now we're looking to build on those positions.

If you've been following this release or playing these tracks in your sets, purchasing and downloading them through Beatport directly contributes to their sales-driven chart performance.

We want to push Steven Flynn's Original Mix higher in Progressive House Hype and help The Idahoan & Oddball Savage Remix establish itself in its new chart category.

Let's also make sure to grab up Chemical Hangover's remix as well. It's a proper tune that deserves a bit of love in these charts.

Every purchase helps independent music reach more DJs.

Every catalog has a beginning.

For Atlantic Progression, that beginning was Stone Relic by Space Thug.

The original moves through progressive breaks, balancing low-end weight with atmosphere and patient development. 12 Theory reshapes the material into a deeper four-on-the-floor groove, while Jachmastr brings a more driving, structured progressive house interpretation.

Three versions of one idea, and the first chapter in the Atlantic Progression catalog.

BEATPORT CHART UPDATE | OCTOBER 14

Steven Flynn’s Bainbridge Avenue continues its run through the Beatport charts, with the Original Mix gaining another position in Progressive House Hype.

CURRENT TRACK CHART

No. 66 — Progressive House Hype Top 100 ↑ from No. 67
Bainbridge Avenue (Steven Flynn Original Mix)

FULL RELEASE CHARTS

No. 17 — Progressive House Releases (holding steady)

No. 23 — Melodic House & Techno Releases ↓ from No. 22

The Original Mix continues its gradual climb, while the full release maintains its position inside the Progressive House Releases Top 20.

We’re also continuing to follow the situation with The Idahoan & Oddball Savage Remix, which was previously sitting at No. 6 in Electronica Hype before Beatport reassigned its genre to Melodic House & Techno.

That remix remains part of AP008, alongside Steven Flynn’s original and Chemical Hangover’s stripped-back interpretation.

We still have work to do.

If you’ve been following the release, playing these tracks, or supporting Atlantic Progression, purchasing and downloading the music directly from Beatport contributes to its sales-driven chart performance.

We’d particularly like to see Steven Flynn’s Original Mix continue climbing the Progressive House Hype Top 100.

Every purchase helps independent artists and labels reach more DJs through these charts.

📣BEATPORT CHART UPDATE

A little unexpected movement in the Beatport charts today for Steven Flynn — Bainbridge Avenue.

First, the numbers:

#67 — Progressive House Hype Top 100 ↑ from #82
Bainbridge Avenue (Steven Flynn Original Mix)

FULL RELEASE CHARTS

#17 — Progressive House Releases (holding steady)

#22 — Melodic House & Techno Releases

Now for the interesting part.

Bainbridge Avenue (The Idahoan & Oddball Savage Remix) was sitting at #6 in the Electronica Hype Top 100 and 38 in the main Electronica Top 100 yesterday.

Today, it’s disappeared from those charts following a Beatport genre reassignment from Electronica to Melodic House & Techno.

We’re still looking into what this means for the track’s chart placement. Genre changes can affect which charts a track competes in, so we’re watching to see where things settle.

Meanwhile, Steven Flynn’s Original Mix continues climbing in Progressive House Hype, and the full release remains active across two release charts.

Here’s where your support matters.

Beatport’s charts are driven by purchases. If you’ve been following the release or playing these tracks, purchasing and downloading them directly through Beatport helps support the artists and contributes to their chart performance.

We want to keep pushing Steven Flynn’s Original Mix higher in Progressive House Hype while giving both remixes the support they deserve.
