🌾❤️ At Kansas Kitchen and Bakery, every cinnamon roll, apple dumpling, and bierock starts with Hudson Cream Flour.

Hudson, KS is not only where our flour is made — it’s my hometown, and where my dad, Darrell Bauer, and my uncle, Craig Smith, first dreamed up Kansas Kitchen and Bakery. Today, one of my best friends and I are proud to carry on their tradition.

At the Kansas State Fair alone, we’ll use over 2,000 lbs. of Hudson Cream Flour to bake the treats our family has shared for generations. It’s more than quality — it’s Kansas pride and a little piece of home. 🥖🍎✨
