The Beaver Canyon Half Marathon & 10K has been cancelled due to the rapidly growing Cottonwood fire in Beaver Canyon.

While we are heartbroken to make this announcement, the safety of our runners, volunteers, spectators, local communities, and emergency personnel must come first. We stand behind local fire officials, law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders as they focus on protecting lives and property.

Registered participants: please check your email for important event information and next steps. Additional updates will be shared soon.

We can’t believe the Beaver Canyon Half Marathon & 10k is almost here!

Don’t miss the chance to run one of the most scenic races in southern Utah. Starting in the stunning Fishlake National Forest and following the paved highway into the town of Beaver, this is a fast downhill race with breathtaking views.

Things that would make roadrunners cry at the Horseshoe Bend Ultras:

1. The sand. And not knowing about gaiters ahead of time.
2. The views (crying in a good way).
3. The ever-present sunshine. There's shade in the canyons, but bring a hat for everything else!
4. Trail culture! Everyone is friendly and trail runners have a welcoming camaraderie.
5. Tears of joy, and surprise for doing something different than what they are used to.

We're in the final countdown before the Beaver Canyon Half Marathon & 10k.

Run one of the most scenic downhill, canyon races in Utah. Starting in the diverse Fishlake National Forest, the course follows the paved highway into the town of Beaver. Our finish line is right outside of town, making it a fun and non-congested gathering space.
