There was a time when ordering plant-based meant eating a side salad and calling it dinner.
When restaurants had zero options.
When your family thought it was a phase.
When you had to explain what tofu wasโฆ every holiday.
Some of you were doing this 10, 20, even 30 years ago.
That wasnโt trendy.
That was conviction.
I host an audio show called โTake It With A Grain of Salt.โ
And Iโm starting something intentional.
I want to document the voices of the people who lived this before it was convenient.
Not influencers.
Not perfect vegans.
Not chefs.
Real people.
Why you started.
What you struggled with.
What almost made you quit.
Why you stayed.
This isnโt video.
This isnโt performative.
Itโs just your voice.
Because the newer generation is walking into grocery stores full of optionsโฆ and they donโt even know who made that normal.
