We’re heartbroken to share some unfortunate news with you all.
The Yeehaw! Women’s Motorcycle Campout has hit a major bump in the road. Due to circumstances completely beyond our control, the campground we had secured for this year’s event has been sold, and the new owners have chosen not to honor our contract.
We know many of you were eagerly anticipating this gathering, as were we. The excitement, the camaraderie, the shared passion for riding-it’s what makes this event so special. But now, we find ourselves in a situation we never could have anticipated.
To all those who have already purchased tickets, we extend our sincerest apologies. We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this causes. Please know that we will be processing full refunds for all ticket holders as quickly as possible.
As for the future of the Yeehaw! Women’s Motorcycle Campout, we’re exploring all options and will keep you updated every step of the way. Rest assured, we remain committed to providing a safe space where women riders can come together, bond, and celebrate their love for motorcycles.
In the meantime, we ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate this unexpected turn of events. Thank you for your unwavering support and belief in what we do.
