Watch this page for updates on this year's artists, performers and food trucks Cultura is a one-day event hosted in downtown Howell in and around the beautifully historic Howell Opera House. Join us for our second year of this incredible event on Saturday, September 28th as we celebrate culture through music, art and food, co-hosted by the Livingston Diversity Council and the Livingston Arts Council. This uniquely fun and educational event features two distinct performance areas featuring sounds and movement from around the world, unique and culturally symbolic art and food trucks highlighting wide spice and flavor palettes. Everyone is welcome to this free, all-ages event to celebrate and learn with us. Be ready to open your mind and heart to understanding and a deeper sense of global community!
