What To Do After Getting a Flu Shot

You do not need to provide a copy of your flu documentation to BCM. However, regardless of where you receive your vaccine, you need to go online to complete an online attestation form to verify you have gotten your shot.

Baylor College of Medicine requires employees and trainees to get a flu vaccine. Flu vaccination is available through Occupational Health Program (OHP) at one of their flu events, through most of the clinics at Baylor, through community providers or through local pharmacies. Read more about the College’s flu vaccination policy.

Flu's Clues is hosting flu shots in Kleberg Auditorium starting at 5 P.M. Monday, September 30th!

BCM OHP will also hold the following sessions:
- Monday, Sept. 30, 1:30 – 4 p.m., Alkek Lobby, main Baylor
- Tuesday, Oct. 1, 8:30 – 10:30 a.m., Baylor Medical Center – McNair Campus, conference room A
- Tuesday, Oct. 1, 12:30 – 2:30 p.m., Ben Taub Hospital, fourth floor conference room
- Friday, Oct. 4, 8:30 – 11 a.m., Alkek Lobby
