Brisket on the Old Smokey? No problem - Our bud Chewy getting after it on the Old Smokey 22. Low and Slow snake method. Build your charcoal snake and Old Smokey will dial in and hold for hours at your desired temp. This was a 12 hour cook and it could have gone easily for another 2 to 3 without adding more fuel…. Pretty💪🏼 for a ~ $100 grill!
