WHAT IS RIVER RETREAT:
River Retreat is a a fun camping trip with a musical twist through the decades culminating in an unforgettable Saturday night. Prepare yourselves for River Retreat: PROM NIGHT on the Guadalupe! Each day we're highlighting an Era of music starting Thursday w the 50's and 60's, waking up Friday in the 70's and ending on Saturday with an 80's campground prom night! We will have
daily camping costume pageants, cleverly curated decorations, and live musical entertainment. River Retreat has all the nostalgia you need to enjoy the weekend. Grab your float, your tent and be the first to camp with us in the Spring weather, on the river, in a musical time warp. There is no other weekend like this one
WHERE IS RIVER RETREAT:
Once again we are partnering with our favorite campgrounds, KL Ranch Camp “on the River” in New Braunfels, Texas. River Retreat is a great escape from city life as it stretches over 10+ acres across the entire river front property. There are only 60 campsites available for purchase for River Retreat with a 4 person group package per campsite reservation on the River and a 4 person group package for the limited sites at Cliffside. The campsite price varies based on campsite amenities and location. The campsite address is: 5455 River Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78132 (Check-in located at this address)
WHO ATTENDS RIVER RETREAT:
While River Retreat was designed with adults in mind, families with children are more than welcome to attend (children under 12 do not count against your campsite capacity). If you choose to bring your child, we suggest you select a campsite in the "Family Recommended Section". WHEN IS RIVER RETREAT:
We've scheduled the Retreat on the last weekend of March. Since the river’s peak season is yet to begin, there are less people enjoying the river (making it easier to socially distance) and the nights are a tad bit cooler allowing for perfect camping conditions. River Retreat is scheduled for:
4 Days and 3 Nights -Thursday, March 24th through Sunday, March 27th. Check-in
Gates Open at 1:00 pm on Thursday, 24th (Your reservation is for all four days)
Gates Open at 11:00 am on Friday, 25th (You can check in on Thursday or Friday, but its the same price)
Check-in available until 10:00pm
Attendees can stay as late as 1:00pm on Sunday, March 27th.
