Thank YOU to all who came out and supported our local park (Hot Springs Off Road Park) and event, Razorback Ramble.

Together we were able to raise $4,000 for Childrens Advocacy Alliance (http://www.hopeandjustice.org) here in Arkansas!

None of this would be possible without all of YOU who come out and show support, YOU who sponsor and YOU who share our vision and hobby.

Thank YOU all for years of support.

Halt the Approval of House Bills 1564 and 1567

Rally the troops! Our local parks are in need of help! While you may not participate in “racing” we all enjoy the states ORV parks which will be adversely affected by this Bill.

This would be an easy “open door” for other regulations and restrictions for our ORV parks. Simply put most all privately held parks will suffer by additional costs and restrictions. This makes the cost for us to go up and can lead to the demise of our friends small businesses and the parks that we all enjoy.

Please help our off-road community this morning....

We just learned of a hearing scheduled for 10:00 AM CT TODAY Feb 26, 2025. Please post below on who should be contacted to stop ,or at least postpone, these proposed changes to ARKANSAS STATE LAW.

We, and other off-road parks, seek to have good relationships with our neighbors while maintaining healthy outdoor family adventure together.

There are at least four issues with House Bill 1564 and 1567

1) These FAR-REACHING, STATE-WIDE CHANGES have been rushed without reasonable debate or discussion..

2) Off-road parks should NOT be included in existing "racing facilities" law.

3) 70 decibel (dB) restriction is designed to shut down any vehicle activity. We couldn't even mow our grass with a push mower at this sound level restriction.

4) The quiet hour policy is ill-defined, especially with a blanket 70 dB restriction.

WHO do we contact to have this bill stopped or at least postponed for discussion?

For the Razorback Ramble 2024 we were able to raise 4,000 for Arkansas Children's Hospital
Thank you to everyone for coming together and helping us to be able to serve Arkansas in a better way!
And next year?
We are hoping to be able to at least 2x our contributions to the selected charity for 2025!
