November 11, 2023 the Spa Running Festival is off and running in beautiful Hot Springs National Park! Come see the best that Arkansas has to offer with the 1K Squirt, 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon Summit²Summit Challenge thru our historic downtown, legendary Bathhouse Row, and scenic mountains & overlooks.

Steam is billowing up from the hot fountains ⛲️ and pools. ☀️ The sun is peaking up behind the mountain tower. And Bath House Row is gently greeting the day with a flurry of chirping birds 🐦 and gentle whips of the flag 🇺🇸. It’s Sunrise in the Spa, and pretty soon you’ll be here to experience the magic first hand! 😌

👟 Save some space in your travel bags for those gently used running shoes! We’ve got you covered on the closet clean up. 👍 The Spa Running Fest shoe drive is back on at this year’s race and there are several drop locations including Friday’s pre-race expo and the post-race Finish Line Fest Food Court.

🚨Accepting children’s, women’s, and men’s shoes!!

➡️ All donations will be routed to local charities, so you can not only enjoy the beauty of Hot Springs National Park, but also leave your mark in an impactful way. 😌

We can’t wait to see all of the runners and their families and friends at The Spa Running Festival 👉 but don’t stress about parking! 🅿️
Much of the downtown strip includes paid parking, but there are several 🆓 parking areas available. Get familiar with them before your visit to ensure a stress free race morning…and so you don’t end up saying “Dude, where’s my car?” 🚘 ❓

This time in just 7 short weeks, the Spa Running Festival kicks off with the Run Expo, sponsored by Run Stop! Loosen up those legs, 🚶🚶‍♀️walk around a bit, and explore our local sponsors and vendors 😀. Here, you’ll find the best deals on race readiness supplies like chews, socks, 👟 shoes , and more. ➕ PLUS, you can streamline your Race Day morning by picking up your packet 😌

👧🧒Spa Sq**rt Kids’ Fun Run registration is still open with limited spaces available; bring your Little Explorer to see what it’s all about at the Spa Running Festival this year. 🐿️

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️Invigorate their love for running, and (probably most importantly) keep them moving! 🙌 Remember, small steps lead to BIG discoveries. Age groups are available from 2-4*, 5-6, 7-8, & 9-10 years old (*guardian may accompany on the course), and the top 3️⃣ finishers for boys and girls of each age group will receive a special award🏆! All registered runners will receive a finisher’s medal 🏅 and race-day t-shirt 🎽, too! For only $10, their next big discovery could be their love of running.🥰
