Embark on an experience of a lifetime with Belly Dance Super Stars, Zoe Jakes and Kami Liddle in Honolulu, Hawaii for their 8th annual Hawaii Bellydance Intensive! Soak in the beauty of Hawaii and deepen your dance with a total of 35 hours of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance training! This retreat is designed to help you take your dance to the next level, by giving you the tools and techniques that will

assist you in your growth as a dancer. Receive personal attention from Kami and Zoe that will catapult you to the next level. Join us for this amazing week of dance, inspiration, and adventure! Connect with dancers from around the world as you relax and enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer! Enjoy the healthy, local, and mostly organic meals that Kalani is famous for. This dance retreat is intended for Intermediate/Advanced dancers. This retreat is open to 45 participants during the weeklong intensive and an additional 30 during the weekend intensive.

Our finale show!!! We could not think of a better way to close our our 8th year of the retreat than to end it in some serious style! Shakti's Den featuring Zoe Jakes and House of Tarot, Kami Liddle's Gold Star Dance Company, and Shakti Dance Movement came together for a grandiose stage production!

Kami Liddle's Gold Star Dance Company:
Gold Star is an innovative dance company rooted in Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, directed by Kami Liddle based out of San Francisco, CA, in which six strong stars have found their voice. Award winning dancer and choreographer Kami Liddle, carefully selected these dancers to translate her vision of a group proiect. Gina Bruno, Rose Harden, Kae Montgomery, Aimee Krasovich and Julie Rea have all had their time in the studio to become the dancers they are today. On top of that they also had their own star time to shine on stage. Together they set out to combine this young and constantly evolving dance style with elements of jazz, modern, hip hop and classical ballet. Coming from different backgrounds but firmly rooted and skilled in the movements of contemporary belly dance, Gold Star aims to bring together the unique voices of these dancers, who besides musicality also share a sense of elegance and strength.
