No time limit. Aloha Spirit. You've probably heard us say it a hundred times. But what does it actually mean?

Aloha Spirit comes from Hawaiian tradition and is even written into Hawaiʻi state law. It's defined as the coordination of mind and heart within each person, bringing mutual regard and affection for one another, with warmth in caring and no obligation in return. In simple terms, it's about kindness, unity, and putting people before competition.

That's the foundation our events are built on. We're not interested in cutting people off at a clock. We care about every walker, every first timer, every veteran runner, and everyone in between getting to experience these roads at their own pace, surrounded by people who genuinely want to see them succeed.

You'll feel it from the volunteers, the strangers cheering you on, and the malasada someone hands you at the finish line, no matter how long it took to get there.
