📝 Artist Meet & Greet – Time Slot Ticket Info

To help ensure a fair and smooth experience for everyone, the artist meet & greet will be managed using Time Slot Tickets.

Location Update:
• The artist booth has been moved upstairs
• Check-in will be located at the bottom of the stairs near the main entrance
• Guests will be admitted upstairs only during their scheduled time slot
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected time window to allow for check-in

How it works:
• Time Slot Tickets provide access to the artist’s booth during a selected time window
• Meet & greet service type (remark, sketch, or illustration) is chosen on site and subject to availability
• Time Slot Tickets are non-transferable and limited to one per person per day

Tickets will be on the pop con website at www.hawaiipopcon.com

Important details:
• The meet & greet is a paid optional service and is not included with event admission
• Purchase of a meet & greet Time Slot Ticket does not include event admission
• Tickets require the attendee’s legal name at purchase
• Valid ID is required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation (not applicable for children)
• If you miss your scheduled time slot or are unable to attend, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

Limitations & Policies:
• Services are provided at the artist’s discretion and may vary based on time and conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of rule violations, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow staff instructions
• The promoter reserves the right to make changes to rules, format, procedures, or availability at any time at their discretion
• To ensure a positive experience for all guests, staff decisions regarding flow, availability, and eligibility are final

Standby Line:
A limited standby line may be available for remarks only, strictly if time permits. Time Slot Ticket holders are always prioritized.

Peter’s animation journey began at Walt Disney Feature Animation, where he worked on fan-favorite classics like Mulan, Tarzan, Lilo & Stitch, The Princess and the Frog, The Lion King, and more — bringing unforgettable characters and stories to life on the big screen! 🎬🐉🌟
