The Friends of Honesdale Performing Arts, Inc. invites you to help us invest in the next generation of performers, musicians, technicians, and artists. Through your generous support, we provide funding, volunteer assistance, and resources that enhance educational opportunities within the Honesdale Performing Arts program.

Every donation helps support students, teachers, and families by funding productions, costumes, sets, equipment, scholarships, and special events that inspire creativity, confidence, teamwork, and excellence.

Happy World Theatre Day.

Today, we celebrate the power of theatre to tell the truth, spark imagination, build empathy, and bring people together. In classrooms, community centers, rehearsal halls, and on stages around the world, theatre gives people the courage to speak, the freedom to create, and the chance to be seen. It reminds us that stories matter because people matter.

To every student finding their voice, every teacher changing lives, every artist taking a risk, and every audience member willing to listen. Thank you for keeping theatre alive and meaningful.

Honesdale High School Band Students Makayla Carnegie-Akiens, Jonathan Cooley, and who Cody Pollack, participated in Region IV Band this past weekend.

Huge congratulations to Jonathan Cooley! He will be representing HHS at the PMEA All-State Festival this coming late April! This is an incredible achievement and a tremendous honor. We are so proud of Jonathan and all the hard work, dedication, and passion he brings to his music. Congratulations on this well-deserved accomplishment- HHS will be cheering you on!
