Our rat

e is $250 per day for weddings and $200 per day for non-wedding celebrations. The building is available from 8AM-11PM on your selected day. The facility can seat 80 inside and 50 outside. There is a full sized kitchen for use along with access to a washer and dryer. Pond with goldfish, garden swing, benches and gazebos. Open parking lot

Directions from Marshall:

Take Old 27 south from Marshall, turn left onto F Drive South for five miles. Turn slight right onto 22 Mile Road and your destination is on the left. Directions from Homer:

Take M-60 east for two miles, turn right onto 23 Mile Road. Continue on 23 Mile Road for 4.5 miles. Your destination will be on the right, just before F Drive. Directions from Albion:

From town, take Erie Street out to Division Drive for six miles. Turn left onto 22 Mile Road and follow for three miles. Just after F Drive, you will see your destination on the left.
