CONESTOGA CRUSHER 10K

Starting and Finishing at Kelly's Run Nature Preserve in Holtwood, PA you will experience 1,256 feet of vert!!! Rejoice in the awe and wonder of Kellys Run, stare in wonder at the remarkable view of the mighty Susquehanna below from atop the Magnificent Pinnacle Overlook!!!! Enjoy splashing in the creek crossings, steep climbs and oh so sweet downhills. The Conestoga Crusher

Enjoy a little bit of paradise running through Kellys Run as you race along and across the creek in the gorge. Lots of little waterfalls and pretty flowers and just amazing place to experience and run. This is also a GREAT race for beginner trail runners as well. FREE KIDS TRAIL RACE
Kids 12 & under can run for free on our 1.5 mile trail. All races are owned and directed by RunPA, Every Mountain Outdoors, bEAST Coast Runners.

Brenner Endurance Coaching & Laura Brenner are training for the Conestoga Crusher 10K & Conestoga Cruiser 5K you can join them!!!!

JOIN MY TRAINING GROUP ‼️.

We’re about a week and a half away from kicking off the group training for the Conestoga Crusher 10k. Coach Laura (a 2x winner of the women’s race!) is leading a 9-week group training program just for this race.

The race starts and finishes at Kelly’s Run Nature Preserve and follows some of the best parts of the Conestoga Trail. It’s a tough but fun race that’s perfect for beginner and intermediate trail runners to level up their skills.

The group training program starts March 18!

Through a weekly email, participants will receive daily workout schedules, including runs, speed or hill workouts, and strength training. A sample week of training can be found on our website. Once a week (Tuesday evenings), Coach Laura will host in-person workouts on the course. Bonus group runs may be held some Sunday mornings! A full course preview run will take place on Sunday, April 28th.

Training group participants gain access to Coach Laura for running and training insights and answers to questions about running, training, nutrition, strength, and more.
