Is there a better way to spend a 9/11 Sunday morning at 9:00am behind the Delhi Fire Department? Just think of all the benefits.

You’ll get to hand out with all the cool first responders, Military, Veterans and therefore making you a little bit cooler by association.

Just by participating in THIS 5K walk/run/stroll;
- Your stress levels are reduced
- Your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers will be better
- Did I mention that you’ll be cool?
- You will be well on your way to sculptured chiseled legs
- Bring a friend or Ten and you can chat it up along the beautiful route
- Enjoy your fans along the route as they wave flags and cheer you on because you’re so cool
