Onslow Bay Boatworks is searching for a Customer Experience & Sales Manager to join our team in Holly Ridge, North Carolina.

This person will help guide our customers from their initial interest through the build process, delivery and ownership—ensuring every Onslow Bay owner receives the personal attention and exceptional service our brand is known for.

Responsibilities will include:

⚓ Assisting with sales inquiries and customer follow-up
⚓ Communicating with customers throughout their builds
⚓ Coordinating new-boat deliveries and owner orientations
⚓ Conducting sea trials and product demonstrations
⚓ Managing warranty requests through completion
⚓ Working closely with customers, vendors and our production team
⚓ Representing Onslow Bay at boat shows and company events

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable and seasoned operating offshore center-console boats. Experience in marine sales, service, warranty or customer relations is strongly preferred as well as a captains license.

This is a full-time, in-person position with some travel and occasional weekend events.
