When we started the Webfest 6 years ago, it was our intention to bring awareness to the Ozarks and show filmmakers around the globe what a wonderful place this is to film. We also wanted to create a thriving film community.
We are proud to say that we've accomplished those goals and many others. We worked to help being back incentives to Missouri, new film organizations and festivals have come to the region creating the community we strived to create. We are very proud to have helped pave the way for these things to happen.
Because of our work with the Webfest, we have been blessed to connect with a network of industry professionals across the world.
Now it's time to move forward with new endeavors and projects that continue to grow the Ozark's film community. We are amazed at how far we've come and that is all thanks to the Webfest. We are extremely grateful to you, our Webfest audience and filmmakers. You continue to inspire us to keep plugging away. So as we close this chapter, we are excited to open a new one.
