REGISTRATION: If you missed the email, we’re leaving registration open until midnight tonight to accommodate for adjustments after the challenges Wednesday morning some of you faced. Tell a friend if they want to join you.

10AM UPDATE: it appears Eventbrite has resolved their issue for now. We are hopeful it does not resurface. As we posted earlier this morning, we are leaving registration open all day to make certain everybody has a chance to register. We will reevaluate in the morning to see if any capacity still exist.

If you signed up for the 5 mile but intended to run the 10 miler. We can refund the 5 mile entry so you can get into appropriate race. Just allow us time this evening to review all of the email registrations and email contact information. Trust us, we will respond to every one of you, it will just take us some time over the next 24 to 48 hours

9:28 UPDATE: Per Eventbrite they are having a widespread issue. It just happens to coincide with the biggest two hours of the year for our event.

As posted below, we will not block anybody from registering today. While we normally would be sold out before lunch, we want to be fair to all of you and give everyone a chance to register.

Because of the Eventbrite issues you might see one of the two races show up as available. We would encourage you to wait until this is resolved and not sign up for a race distance that you do not want to run.

9AM UPDATE: we are trying to contact Eventbrite to resolve this issue. This is our commitment to all runners. WE WILL LET EVERYONE IN THE RACE who tries to register today. No one will be turned away.

I assure you that no one is more frustrated than we are right now. Truly, we’ve been doing this race for 19 years and we’ve never had something like this happened. 

We will post again once resolved.

We are still having technical issues with Eventbrite. We truly apologize for what is going on. They’re with us as we try to get it resolved quickly.

It appears that Eventbrite has filled a large block of pending registrations which we need to get released to show the space is still available.

Apologies for the technical issues this morning. We believe the registration should be working as expected right now. The capacity of tickets remaining is not accurate as we had to increase the number significantly for the registration platform to work. We are working to adjust that now. We only tell you that so you don’t think there is extra time to sign up and find out it will still sell out quickly later.
