KJ's KJ'S Catering & BBQ has set their menu! Justin & Kaylee Wood have been cooking for awhile now and are ready to serve up some great food!!!! The have some traditional BBQ sides as well as meats on this one. Justin will be one of the local guys competing so wish him the best to keep the trophies AT HOME!!

Next menu up is Scott Friend with Well Sauced BBQ out of Hastings. When he's not working at his business Matt Friend Trucking in Hastings he's probably cooking something. Scott's been competing for awhile now and is ready to party in Holdrege this weekend. Here's his menu-

I would guess you all know me (Chris Nelson with Score One Smokin') being from Holdrege / Loomis as well. Not many around here know me like this pic though when I'm competing and it's hot. We've worked hard to get Ribfest back to town and here's my menu-

Be ready to welcome World Champion Kelly Wertz of 4 Legs Up BBQ out of Great Bend, Kansas to the competition. Kelly is one of the more established cooks in the country and we are happy he's going to be in Hodrege. Hopefully he is bringing Bear and Roni as well!!
