15 Acres Full service, modern and spacious event venue just 10 minutes from Magnolia, Texas. 15 Acres is a full service wedding and events venue.

The main building features a private suite as well as the main reception hall and a large kitchen. The property features gorgeous grounds with several scenic locations for photographs. Included with the rental of the venue are the following amenities:

- Exclusive access to the facility from 10 a.m. to midnight
- An outdoor ceremony area overlooking the pond
- A spacious covered terrace that can b

e used as a covered ceremony area or for cocktail hour
- Elegant large private suite with a private restroom
- A cabin (separate house) equipped with a large screen tv, pool table, poker table and a small bar
- Banquet tables and chairs for up to 450 guests
- Use of the property for photographs days before your event
- Open bar with security and bar staff
- Event manager on-site to assist during your event
- Options to include an all-inclusive or semi-inclusive package
