The Annual Gingerbread Festival is scheduled to take place on September 10-12, 2026. This year, we will be paying tribute to the all sets of the Mosley family. We kindly request that all Mosley family members submit photographs or share their family history via email to [email protected] or deliver the materials to the Troublesome Creek Times Newspaper office. Please note that we require this information by August 10, 2026, in order to include it in the Gingerbread tab that will be distributed during the festival. Additionally, vendors who have not yet provided their booth name and list of products for sale must submit this information by August 10, 2026, to ensure its inclusion in the Gingerbread Tab Booklet. Furthermore, vendors who have submitted an application but have not yet made payment are advised to verify with Sharon that your spot has not been filled before proceeding. A reminder to all vendors who have received an application to set up at this year’s festival, September 10-12, 2026, is that booth spaces are filling up quickly and if you haven’t submitted your application and payment, please check that space is still available.
We are no longer accepting applications for Food Vendors but we have a few spots left for the following:
Information Booths-10x10 Spot $50
Craft Booths-Only have 10x20 spots left $150
Commercial Booths- 10x20 $200

Thank you to Knott County Tourism for allowing us to participate and host the children’s activity, and to all the children who participated, as well as our committee members, John and Sharon, for setting up and coordinating the event. Also, thank you to Sharon's mom, Gracy, for helping her. Despite the cold weather, we had such a fun time!

Attention All Vendors

Please note that space is extremely limited and if you have received an application and wish to set up in this year’s Knott Co. Gingerbread festival, scheduled for September 10-12, 2026, please submit your application as soon as possible. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, requiring both application and payment to secure your spot. Please be advised that if we receive only an application without payment, your spot will not be reserved. Currently, food vendors are on a waiting list, but space is still available for Craft, Commercial, and Information vendors. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please email Sharon at [email protected].

For upcoming information and to shop our exclusive one-of-a-kind Gingerbread merchandise before it sells out, please visit our website at www.gingerbreadfestival.net. Once sold out, we will no longer be able to obtain the design on shirts. Available sizes range from Adult Small to Adult 5X.
