OrencofestEarned a pathetic 0/5 Fest Score. Last few years they tried to bill it with imagery and music acts aligning it with an “Oktoberfest” style event. They didn’t do very well, but that’s what you can expect from a city gov. They went even more off track this year. Now, if you’re looking for basically a Saturday market with music and something to drink, this would be just fine, but as an Oktoberfest event, this certainly was not. I wouldn’t even go so far as to call it a FEST… just some way for a local brewery to sell b**r I guess. Even two of the vendors were dressed up and had their Booth decorated in Oktoberfest style, but they didn’t realize that it really wasn’t that kind of event. 🤷‍♂️ and were the only ones (save one couple and their toddler) dressed up at any type of German trachten wear. I got a lot of raised eyebrow looks at my own outfit. WokeyWoke city of HB also put out very strange code of conduct that people were supposed to adhere to while attending. lol. All in all, Orencofest was a waste of precious Oktoberfest time. ((Luckily there were many other festivals that day that I attended, stay tuned for more videos))

2025 Mount Angel, Oktoberfest kickoff!

Always the best party of the Mount Angel Oktoberfest season.

Adults only, no kids rolling around on a dance floor, delicious chicken dinner, lots of fun activities and an abundance of dancing.

Once again, The Gordanairs Musik group was amazing and entertained us the entire night!

Four days of Mount Angela Oktoberfest coming up September 11-14.

🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 rating! 5/5
