Good morning: As we get closer to July 2 at Festival of Bells, it is important to remember this evening is totally funded by churches and businesses in Highland County. We are always looking for donations from those churches or businesses or individuals that would like to be a part of this evening. Committee members announced plans this week for the 2026 City of Hillsboro Festival of the Bells, which is slated for July 2-4 in uptown Hillsboro with the theme “Bells Through the Ages.”
