The Ohio Sauerkraut Festival was a success and absolutely amazing as always. A Giant THANK YOU to all the patrons, friends and family who stopped by and supportered us this weekend. We do it for you and only because of you we can continue. WOW! Is all I can say about the success and experience this weekend. A special thanks to all the volunteers (and paid employees) who help make it a success for the vendors and patrons as well.

This Bourbon Barrel Aged bean is a heavy bodied smooth. We recommend it with a little Simple Syrup or small amount of sweet cream to tame the bitterness. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and sweet bourbon. Wet barrel aged for 7 weeks in Watershed Bourbon Barrels.

Who doesn’t like to experiment…we picked up one of these to experiment on bourbon barrel aging coffee beans. If all goes well, we hope to have a new coffee bean on the website in late January or early February.
