We have sent out notifications to filmmakers for the Highlands Comedy Film Fest which will take place August 11-12 this year. Our feature films will be SLAUGHTER BEACH and MA*****NA MINUTES. We'll also have numerous short films including LOVE LETTER PROFILES and FUNKY CHICKEN plus more! We will post more about the selections in coming days.

The HIGHLANDS COMEDY FILM FEST was a great success! We had beautiful weather for two nights of DRIVE-IN MOVIES, August 19 & 20. A number of filmmakers attended including Michelle Farrell, mother of ROUTE ONE NORTH director Izzy Farrell. Michelle played two roles in the movie, as prepper "Janet" and preppie "Marsha." And she came to the drive-in in the car that was featured in the film! Michelle accepts award for Best NJ Feature Film (below)

Saturday, August 20 the HIGHLANDS COMEDY FILM FEST will screen the feature film FINDING SANDLER directed by David Seth Cohen who doggedly pursues Adam Sandler trying to recreate their chance meeting and a lost opportunity.
