What an incredible evening at The Olde Wicks Factory for May’s Highland, IL Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours! We were honored to welcome such a fantastic crowd for a night filled with networking, laughs, specialty drinks, great food, and nonstop fun.

Guests made their way through several of our venue halls during the Poker Run, enjoyed some amazing interactive photo opportunities from PhotoHub and Photograghy Studio, and wrapped up the evening with an unforgettable performance by The Yacht Rockers that kept the party going all night long! 🎶☀️🍹

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended, participated, and helped make the night such a success. We especially appreciate the Highland Chamber of Commerce for allowing us to host this wonderful event, and we were proud to donate the Poker Run proceeds back to the Chamber.

There were so many great moments throughout the evening, we just had to share some photos! 📸

Unlike large, crowded wedding expos, our Sip & Tour is designed to let you experience Olde Wicks the way your guests would — comfortable, intimate, and unforgettable.

And the best part? Even if Mother Nature sends rain our way, EVERYTHING is indoors! Another added benefit of hosting your big day at Olde Wicks — your wedding day isn’t weather dependent. ☔✨

Pre-registered brides will receive a complimentary drink ticket, and our Gatsby Room cash bar will be open so you can relax, enjoy the ambiance, and get a feel for what Cocktail Hour at Olde Wicks is all about. And of course — feel free to bring your whole entourage along for the experience! 🥂

Registration/Check-in will start at our Stained Glass Hall, on the East side of the building, South end of the gravel parking lot (the complex takes up a city block)!

What an incredible program — bringing together facilitators, mentors, sponsors, investors, and community leaders to pour into these seniors and teaching lifelong lessons as they prepare to graduate and begin their next chapter.

Shannon wears more hats than most people will ever realize as our Venue Manager — from working with potential couples, managing staff, coordinating details, and making sure every single event is ready to go week after week, she helps keep this place running smoothly behind the scenes. Truthfully, we could not do this without her.

One of the greatest blessings through this journey has been building a true family business together. Working side-by-side all these years, has created memories that mean far more than just business. ❤️
