Registration for the High Point Sprint Triathlon has been building, and the next price increase is today!

If you’ve been thinking about racing at Oak Hollow this summer, now is a good time to get in.

A 500 meter swim with a rolling start, a bike course that rewards smart pacing, and a run that finishes strong. It’s a race that works just as well for your first triathlon as it does for a mid-season check-in.

Get ready to dive, pedal, and sprint! Registration is OFFICIALLY OPEN for the 2026 High Point Sprint Triathlon and High Point Youth Triathlon.

Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or a first-timer looking to "get your feet wet," Oak Hollow Lake is the place to be this summer. This event is a community favorite, known for its scenic views and supportive atmosphere.

Sprint Triathlon: 500 meter swim | 11.9 mile bike | 3.1 mile run
Sprint Aquabike: 500 meter swim | 11.9 mile bike
Youth Long Course (Ages 11-15): 200 yard swim | 6 mile bike | 1.5 mile run
Youth Short Course (Ages 7-10): 100 yard swim | 3 mile bike | 0.75 mile run

🚙 Parking will be allowed in the marina, but those who park inside the marina, will not be able to leave until the race is over.

🚙Weather permitting, there will be plenty of parking in the field right outside of the marina. We will have volunteers/staff there to help you park.
