The 111th Hiawatha Halloween Frolic hosted plenty of frights, festivity and a ton of fun with many vendors and businesses participating in the event and various ghouls and other characters taking part in the afternoon and evening Halloween parades.

At both the kiddie parade & grand parade ceremonial flowers honoring the parade founder Elizabeth Krebs are driven down the parade route by Mitchell Romine. We believe Mrs. Krebs would be proud that tradition she started is alive and well!

At the end of the parade the beautiful flower arrangement donated by Mainstreet Flower Shoppe is placed on Mrs. Kreb’s gravesite at Mt. Hope cemetery honoring her legacy as the Mother of Modern Halloween!
