First, on behalf of our Chocolatetown Feis and Sweetest Feis team (Colleen Coyle and the Coyle School, Justin Kotelnicki and the Kotelnicki School, Kate O'Brien and the Emerald Isle Academy, Crystal Carper and the Hooley School, and the Hester Academy) we want to express our sincerest thanks for your support of our events. We put a tremendous amount of time, effort, and heart into these events to make sure every single detail is just right for a great experience, and the events are truly a labor of love. We do so with the goal of families being able to make lasting memories with their dancers. While we hope everyone achieves their dance goals this weekend we hope even more for a weekend that produces smiles, friendship, sportsmanship,joy, and a sweet time had by all. Feel free to say hi to us over the weekend!

1) Dancer cards are ready to print on Feisweb.
2) Golden Ticket holders do not need to print their numbers.
3) First two rows of seating are for Golden Ticket holders while their dancers are competing and TC/AD/TMRF only! We will periodically be checking the rows to verify Golden Ticket Holders.
4) Golden Tickets and Candy Grams (if purchased prior) can be picked up Friday 5:30-7:30 or Saturday and Sunday.
5) Parking at the hotel is free.
6) Grade awards will be posted on the wall in the room where the dancers danced.
7) Champ award times will be posted on a board by the champ awards area.
😎 We have amazing raffles and an incredible 50/50. Tickets for both are $5 each and we accept Venmo there as well.
9) We have some next level vendors and they are grateful for your support!
10) We have a bunch of volunteers, please be kind to them. 🙂

We are getting a bunch of inquiries about a dress rack. While we will not have a dress rack, we will have a vendor with many dress racks and she is offering the following options! She usually has quite a bit
of inventory and can assist in hanging dresses for the day or weekend and also has a consignment option. Irish Dance Dress to Impress

***Breaking News Ceilis and Hotel Block***

We have added 8 Hand ceili competitions to both the Kalahari Feis Ohio and Jungle Feis Ohio! This is a great opportunity for teams preparing for the World Championships in Chicago this year! 🌎 🇺🇸

Age groups will mirror the age groups at the Worlds. Teams can enter one or both competitions. There will be an 8 Hand Reel AND and 8 Hand Jig competition. The ceili competitions will be $125 fee and ONLY one of the team member should complete the entry for the team!

Our Hotel Block will be closing in a week. The rate is $219 plus tax and includes 4 indoor water park passes at America’s Largest Indoor Water Park for the duration of your stay!

Our 50/50 is currently over $4000 to the winner and we haven’t even made it to the event yet. Don’t miss out on your chance!! You can buy them prior to or at the event and you do not need to be present to win!

If you wanted to purchase a 50/50 ticket but aren’t attending the event, you can still do so via Venmo! Each ticket is $5
