Morrow County Fair Mission Statement

The mission of the Morrow County Fair is to provide the best county fair experience for all residents.

It serves as a gathering place where the communities it serves can showcase products and skills, while creating educational, social, cultural, and economic opportunities. The fair is dedicated to preserving and promoting the agricultural traditions of Morrow County in its entirety. Furthermore, the Morrow County Fair strives to offer the most valuable and entertaining experience that resources wil

l allow. Beyond the annual event, the fairground facilities operate year-round to serve the community by providing multipurpose spaces for both public and private events in a responsible manner, generating economic stimulation and tourism development within the community. All policies and activities are guided by the rules of both Morrow County and the Morrow County Fair Board.

Please USE CAUTION if you plan to utilize the Wilkinson Arena.
Maintenance is currently searching for the source of a water leak.
There is a large hole that is enclosed by fencing.
All patrons should keep their children and animals away from that area while using the arena.
At this time the arena will STAY OPEN, but please use caution.

It is that time of the year!
We are calling all artists grades 7th-12th to submit their original artwork showcasing this year's fair theme: "250 Years of Patriotic Dreams Come True."
Please, have original artwork designs submitted by April 30th, 2026. The winning design will be chosen at the May 13th Fair Board meeting, and announced the following day!
We look forward to seeing all the amazing work that you submit!

The Great Green Parade was today in Heppner, OR!!
Did you miss it, or were you one of the lucky ones?
Will Allred and Mike Cannon of Allred Land Worx and Cannon Companies, have graciously worked on and donated these two golf carts to the Morrow County Fairgrounds!
They were driven in the parade today, and will be around during Fair time to help with transportation around the grounds!
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to these individuals, their businesses, and all of those who have helped bring these valuable resources to the Morrow County Fairgrounds!!
