Hello Heppner Community,

To start off we can't thank you all enough for the support you have given us since day one. We brought some new and crazy ideas to Heppner and you guys were right alongside us to experience it. When you filled Main Street with friends and family for First Friday or when everyone bundled up to watch The Christmas Light Parade together, or when we all got covered in chalk that magically transformed us into rainbows running around town, or when we all went down to The Morrow County Fairgrounds and safely celebrated Halloween together, all of these are special memories to us that we will hold close to our hearts.

Sharon Miller, Stephanie Rill, Darcie Chick, Tayllor Brannon, Autum Crumpton, Alicia Doherty and our volunteers would like to announce that we are dissolving Heppner Outreach Council. We are more than happy to pass on any events we have held to any other organization or entity who would like to take them on!

We love you all and can't wait to participate in community events moving forward!

We have some great people who continually support our events. We wish we could name you all, but please know we love you and the smiles on your faces is why we keep planning these events!

A big thank you to Ryan and Sharon Miller, Russ and Toni Nichols, and Gene Crumpton for sponsoring our snowball drop!

Thank you to Morrow County Sheriffs Office , Heppner Fire Department, Alita Nelson and Morrow County Grain Growers , Greg Smith, Bailey Heavy Equipment Repair, INC. All Saints Hopeful Ministry, and Birthright of Morrow County. All your parade floats were great!

Thanks to our Gracious Donations by the Gene Crumpton family and Russ and Toni Pillster-Nichols family, we have fun prizes!

Here is how it will work:
-Kids will be separated in age groups so they have a fair chance at gathering the snowballs!
-Bring your own bag to gather the snowballs.
Gather all the snowballs you can and then start sorting them. Some snowballs will have different colored stars that will show you what prizes you can choose from!

We have special visitors coming to the Winter Festival! Make sure you bring your kids to take pictures with Santa!

Pictures will be at Sage Event Center. You can walk through the front door of Sage Clothing, then when you are done, walk out the side door right to Thomson Square for the snowball drop!
