Ian Stewart will be in the building capturing the moments, and Tj Jones will be in the building doing scouting and write-ups on the girls side of things. Hello everyone!
HSSE is very excited to be back in the gym! We do apologize for the delay. We wanted to let as many teams in as we could. Thank you all for playing with us this weekend.
Please review the following information on your games and rules for the venue.

Game Time at The Grounds
300 Champions Drive
Cabot, AR 72023
This venue is best accessed from Exit 21 on the new I-57. Once off the exit, go left over the bridge and you will see the sign.
Please note there is construction all through Jacksonville in Cabot. Please allow time for traffic and slow downs.
The Grounds do offer conessions and they accept CARDS ONLY.

Gate fees:
Saturday $15 ages 6 and up
Ages 5 and under are free.
We accept cash, CashApp, credit, and debit cards at the gate.

Please review the following information.
NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site and accept cards only.

!!!!ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!
We hope to run on time, however, sometimes we are ahead. Also, if you leave, please stay close by the venue so if games do run a little ahead, you can arrive back at the venue quickly. We will not start games more than 15 before the scheduled game time.

All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue both days. You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names. If you have not listed the correct coaches, please email the info to [email protected] and I will correct it for you.

PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy.
ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS RULE. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the 1st game both days.

Getting intrest just need to get you all registered!! This is one of ours that is yearly a good one. Now we have 9 courts UNDER ONE ROOF, and can comfortably take 130 teams!! Download the Hop Step Sporting Events App and register. Fees are due July 11th!!!
Girls teams Tj Jones does a excellent job scouting and doing writes ups, well he will be there.
Ian and his team will be there as well with their cameras.

This event should be a good one. We will have bracket play set up as an A Bracket and B bracket. The ones that have bought uniforms from the Hop Shop will be getting a special rate of $75/team. Thank you for that!!!

If you have these dates on your schedules please go ahead and get registered for the event or events. JUNE 20th anyone that has purchased uniforms or team gear from Hop Shop will get that event for $75 a team regularly $150 as a thank you!! Help us finish out our last dates strong.

Alright you all this event is just $150/team, and we will be all under one roof. I know that does make it easier on teams and parents(no chasing back and forth). Even at that price we will still have everything that comes with our events!! Custom awards for 1st and 2nd, SCORE KEEPERS(enjoy parents), a safe environment, and as organized as ever. We will have Ian Stewart in the building taking pictures for everyone to enjoy the moments. What else do you all want?? We could really have a great event here!!
