Yoga at Osceola Lake Inn — Introducing Rhea, Karen, and Rosemary
We’d love to introduce you to a very special team.
Rhea is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over ten years of devoted practice and a deep reverence for yoga’s ability to reconnect us to ourselves. Her approach is simple and grounded: slow down, feel your body, and trust what you find there.
An avid gardener and lover of the Blue Ridge forests, Rhea finds her greatest teachers in the natural world—in cycles, seasons, and the wisdom of growing things. She is committed to creating yoga spaces that feel less like a class and more like a community: grounded, supportive, and alive.
Rosemary is a yoga and meditation teacher devoted to embodied healing, inner listening, and nervous-system-safe practice. Her approach is simple: soften, breathe, move energy, and reconnect with yourself.
With advanced training in Hatha Yoga, Classical Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and somatic healing practices, Rosemary creates grounded spaces where students can process emotion, reconnect with the body, and return to their center. She is also board-certified in Western primary care medicine.
Karen is the founder of ReVive Yourself and Alethe, and a trauma-informed natural and holistic health practitioner devoted to mind, body, and energy healing. Her approach is simple: slow down, listen deeply, and trust the body’s wisdom.
She is an E-RYT500, YACEP, and Y12SR yoga teacher specializing in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and somatic movement, as well as an herbalist and Certified Professional Aromatherapist with nearly 20 years of experience helping others heal through plants, energy, and holistic practice.
Our Slow Flow, Chair Yoga, and Kundalini classes are all-level classes open to everyone. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or have never stepped on a mat, you are welcome here.
