The Hebron Maple Festival is an annual tradition in the town of Hebron, Connecticut that celebrates the creation of Maple Syrup. Every year, Hebron's sugar houses gather sap from maple trees by tapping into maple trees and collecting sap to boil down into delicious maple syrup! This year's festival will be held on Saturday, March 8th and Sunday, March 9th.
