THE HAZLETON TOWN & TRAIL 2022 - CANCELED

😞 This is not any easy post to write but sadly after 8 consecutive years the 2022 Hazleton Town & Trail Race Series has been cancelled. This decision was not an easy one to make. 😞

🌳 To all the AMAZING athletes who have supported us over the years or have signed up please know how much we value your support to our small community race.

☝🏽 We will be processing refunds for all those have who have already signed up for 2022. Deferment will not be honored for 2023.

✌🏽 YES… we do anticipate coming back bigger and better in 2023. I have a feeling that the next race will be even more special.

🌳 Thank you so much for supporting our community fundraising event. It was a great turnout and happy that the weather cooperated. 🍂

A special THANK YOU to the City of Hazleton, Mayor Cusat, The Greater Hazleton Civic Partnership, Hazleton Power, Second Wind Timing, Hazleton Town & Trail Race Committee, our awesome volunteers and the amazing Romero Family.

📌The next Hazleton Town and Trail Race Series will be held Saturday October 15th, 2022 and we welcome any and all feedback on how to make it bigger and better. Lock in your registration with this year’s pricing before November 10th, 2021 when prices go up. The HazletonHalf Marathon does sell out 😉

Today is the day - and the weather Gods seem to have smiled down on tiny but might race! 65+ degrees in October!!

We will be doing day of registration starting at 630 and we still have slots open for the

🚨5 Days AND only a few spots still available 😯: 🌳The 8th annual running of the Hazleton Town & Trail Race Series will be held Saturday October 16th at the Greater Hazleton Rails to Trails. We are limited to how many athletes can participate due to CDC restrictions. Register today to secure your slot.

🏁This race has a distance for all levels. We have a Kids Fun Run (FREE with adult registration), Youth 1 Miler, 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run and the areas only 13.1 Mile [The HazletonHalf].

A few key point🔑:
• Due to COVID-19 there are LIMITED slots open for each distance
• Once the slots are filled registration for that race will close
• SAME DAY registration is available
• Aid Stations will have individual bottles (recommend you bring your own fuel & hydration)
• Masks are not required but encouraged
• We will follow the CDC guidelines
START TIMES ARE: 13.1 , 10K , 5K , 1 MILE YOUTH , FUN RUN
