The 10th Annual Christmas in Haughton Parade, Festival, and Firework Show will be on Saturday, December 12th!!! That is right! To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we will be featuring a firework show the evening of the festival!!!

🎄This morning we had the honor of presenting the 2026 Christmas in Haughton Scholarship to a very deserving Haughton High School Senior 🎓🏴‍☠️

This scholarship represents more than academic achievement, it reflects character, commitment, and a genuine investment in our community. Each year, we look for a student who embodies the spirit of Haughton: someone who works hard, leads with integrity, and gives back to those around them.

This year's recipient has demonstrated all of those qualities and more. Through her involvement in school activities, and service to others, she has set an example for her peers and made our community proud.

We are very excited and honored to award the Christmas in Haughton Scholarship to Haughton High School Senior, Sarah Nations. Sarah will be attending Louisiana Christian University in the fall.

Sarah, we wish you well on all of your future endeavors. Your hard work, dedication, and initiative will certainly be the foundation of your achievements. Congratulations! 👏

Christmas in Haughton was honored to participate in Bossier Parish Schools’ Special Olympics this week. We are grateful for every opportunity to serve and give back to our community. Moments like these remind us that our purpose is not just in what we do, but in how we love and support others. It is a true blessing to be part of something that brings joy, encouragement, and unity. We are honored to be a small part of something so big and meaningful.
Thank you to Taylor Freeman and Haughton High School for the invitation to serve at this special event, and to The Simple Church, Friends of the Festival, and committee members for generously donating supplies for our activity table. The Christmas Crew appreciates you!

🎄The Christmas spirit doesn’t pack up when December ends! Our Christmas in Haughton crew will be out working events at Brookshire Grocery Arena all year long, and tonight kicks off our very first event of 2026 🎉
When you’re grabbing a drink or a snack on the concourse, keep an eye out for our logo shirts and cheerful smiles. That’s us spreading a little Christmas cheer in every season.

Thank you, everyone, for supporting the 9th Annual Christmas in Haughton Parade and Festival! We hope you all enjoyed the parade, found unique gifts at the festival, enjoyed the entertainment and performers, gave Santa your wishlist, and avoided the stench from Grench Haughton.

Without the support of our sponsors, vendors, performers, volunteers and the community we could not do this every year. We hope you all had a fantastic time!
